Introduction
This series of lectures integrates the authoritative account of origins presented in the Book of Genesis with various conclusions of ‘true science’.
‘True science’ pertains to the methodology of scientific discovery conducted under the guiding oversight of revelatory truth. The term is useful in distinguishing between various conclusions which spring from scientific pursuits based on widely postulated presuppositions that stand in conflict with those built solely on revelatory foundations set forth in the Biblical record.
This is an important distinction in that these lectures are directed toward an understanding of reality as discerned through a consistent intermingling of revelation and true science.
Although these lectures are intended for a general audience, a sprinkling of scientific issues at various levels is included. The scientific inserts are included to stimulate a rooted conviction that the Genesis account presents both an authoritatively valid and scientifically defensible description of reality and its origin.
