The purpose of this course is to teach basic Bible study methods, including an introduction to diagramming and an English grammar refresher. These methods will be taught and practiced through the epistle of Titus. Attention will be given to the theological issues and themes taught in that book and application of them in our lives.
Students will learn how to discover the main idea of the authors of Scripture and how they developed, explained or proved those ideas. Additionally, students will learn some basics about Greek verbs without knowing Greek and how to make sense of them in English.
BE 134 – Tracing The Thoughts of Titus introduces students of the Bridge Bible Institute to fundamentals of studying the Bible. These principles are foundational for Biblical and Theological Studies.
