Let's serve the community this Sunday, March 30!
Come to church dressed in your volunteer shirts and ready to work. Don’t forget to bring gloves (and cleanup tools such as a rake or trash grabber tool – if you have them.)
We will have the field marked off and ready with all the team leaders/trucks, supplies and BURRITOS! Please meet on the field by 10:40 AM to get into your team, ready for instructions.
Signup boards will be available if you have forgotten which quad you’re in. Last minute ‘walk ups’ welcome!
- 10:30 am – Burritos will be served during Bridge Café – in Field by Youth Building (G).
- 10:55 am – Prayer together.
- 11:00 am – Head out in teams to do some cleanup, evangelism, and hand out Easter invitations.
- 1:00 pm – Gather back at the church for snacks and debrief.
- Estimated time: 2 hours
We would like each participant to wear an event t-shirt so we look unified in our efforts and draw attention to the group. This can also provide a connection with The Bridge to anyone who see us.
If you still need a T-Shirt, they will be available Sunday morning. Please consider donating $10 per shirt to help cover the costs.
Gather a group and pray on campus while others are in the community.
Even if you aren’t able to be on one of the cleanup teams, you can be a part of the event. Will you commit to pray for God to be glorified through this event? Pray people will interact and respond. Pray for evangelism to bear fruit. Pray for the body of Christ to be unified.
