The Bridge wants to get involved with you in the great adventure of grandparenting.  What a great time to share our godly wisdom, love, and Christian experience with the next NEXT generation of grandparents!  We want to share ideas, resources, and maybe some time together (post-COVID19) that will help us all be the best grandparents we can be for the kids and for the Lord.

This week’s webinar (10/19) at 5 pm (PST) will focus on: “Touchy Areas of Grandparenting – How Grace Comes to Our Rescue”

Grandparenting is one of God’s “grand” ideas. It brings so much excitement and opportunity to our lives, but it also comes with many built-in struggles. In this webinar, we’ll learn about a culture of grace and how it comes to our rescue in three sticky situations:

  1. The generational differences that often close us off to heart connection with our kids and grandkids
  2. Our inability to know the difference between positive and negative spoiling.
  3. What to do if our kids or their spouse don’t want us talking to our grandkids about Jesus.

Tim and Darcy Kimmel are founders of Grace Based Families, a non-profit ministry whose goal is to see families transformed by God’s grace in a way that brings the better person out of everyone in the family picture.
