Bridge Kids on Easter

Bridge Kids will only have one service for Easter (April 9th).
Time: 9 AM  | Ages: Nursery-Elementary

Happy Day

We will have a special lesson for the younger classes, “Happy Day.” They will learn that Easter is more than chocolate and egg hunts. We can celebrate that Jesus is Risen!

For our Elementary class, we will take a road trip through different stations, to learn the Easter story. You don’t want to miss it!

What is Easter All About?

Easter is all about how God demonstrated his love for people through the death and resurrection of Jesus. It begins with the understanding that men and women have drifted away from God’s perfection, determined to live life their own way. This resulted in separation between a holy God and the people he created.

But God had a plan.

It is called the Good News.

The good news is that God has a plan for you and me. He sent his own Son into the world as a beacon of hope. Jesus is God’s Son, sent into the world to pave the way for every single person on earth to experience new life. Jesus took all the brokenness of the world upon himself when he died on the cross. But death was not the end of the story.

Death and brokenness could not contain Jesus.

He rose from the dead and now offers new life to all those who believe in Him.

This is what we celebrate at Easter.

Who We Are

We’re a community of believers who desire to be God-centered in all we do because God created us to give Him glory. Genuine worship, challenging in-depth Bible preaching, and intimate fellowship are our goals at The Bridge.

What To Expect?

At The Bridge you’ll be welcomed into a friendly and casual environment by people who are genuinely happy to see you.

Park in one of our Guest spaces: There are several parking spaces reserved for first time visitors on Sunday mornings. These spaces are located near the main entrance to the parking lot and are clearly marked.

Visit the Information Center: As you walk from the parking lot towards the worship center (Big Brick Building) you’ll see a booth set up outside. You can pick up a gift we have for you, and find out a bunch of info about our church here.

Worship Service: As you enter the worship center please feel free to sit wherever you’d like.

The main parts of our service include uplifting, God-centered worship music and an expositional and practical message from the Bible, taught by Pastor Paul.

We are located in the San Fernando Valley on Sherman Way, just west of Reseda Blvd.

Parking: Turn down Yolanda Ave. for entrance to our parking lot.

We would love to connect with you and answer your questions about Easter Services or anything about our church. Feel free to call the church office at (818) 776-1500 during office hours. There is always a pastor available to pray with you or answer your questions about faith and your spiritual life.

Look for the Connection Card that is available in the seat pocket in the Worship Center as a way to connect with us as well.

Our Easter Worship Service is about an hour and 30 minutes (9:00-10:30 am)

At The Bridge Bible Fellowship, we focus on the heart more than the outward appearance. When you come to one of our Sunday services, you will find people dressed in a wide variety of styles from as casual as jeans or shorts, to as formal as suits and dresses. However, most people find themselves somewhere in the middle–most often wearing business casual.

We do ask that people wear clothing that does not draw attention to themselves. We think that what you wear to church should not detract from the worship experience of others around you. We want all of the attention to go to Jesus Christ.

Our children’s ministry is located in the E building and they have a special program planned for Easter Sunday at 9am for Nursery through 5th grade. You will need to check your kids in at the kiosk in the entry.

We also have a “Family Comfort Room” in the Worship Center. Feel free to find the door in the East Wing anytime during either service. It is perfect for rambunctious or noisy little ones and their parents.
